The Lynnwood Convention Center is a 36,000 square foot meeting center that supports a unique niche and two counties.  Thomas Rengstorf Associates was responsible for the design and planning of the pedestrian plazas, paving and planting.  The planning process required special sensitivities to recognize the relationship of the existing shopping center directly adjacent to the convention center.
